Intelizen Logistics provides transportation services including household shifting, bike transportation, domestic shifting, corporate relocation, and packing & moving across India via road and rail.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or official contact channels. Upon confirmation, a message or email will be sent to the customer with service details.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking. We accept various secure payment options. Prices mentioned include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.
5. Prohibited Items
We strictly do not accept items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable, flammable, or restricted by transport law. Such items will be rejected at pickup.
6. Changes to Terms
Intelizen Logistics may update these terms without prior notice. Your continued use of our services means you agree to the most recent version of the terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
